Mountain bikes have a long tradition at MAXX - back into the Mid 80ties when Uwe Matthies, founder and CEO of MAXX rode his first "mountain bike" in the hills of San Francisco. Today at MAXX we are all addicted to this great sport - easy to understand, as are working right in between the Bavarian and Tyrolian mountains and our mountain bike R&D center is located since many years in one of the hottest spots in the Central Alps - in Latsch, South Tyrol.
